Last term we got some 5th-graders who had problems adjusting to the usual life at our school. Even older students realized the problematic situation. So the students decided to do something to help the younger pupils getting integrated into our "school-ecosystem".
Volunteers from higher grades help the youngers with problems, they plan and organize activities to increase the team spirit.
