The Results of Questionnaire II








Conclusions I:

1. Bulling is not a big problem in our schools (77% of the students answered ‘no’).

2. 56% of the students did not notice of any cases of bullying.

3. The biggest problem is verbal aggression.

4. Mobbing occurs most often in school (at breaks, several times a week).

5. The most common reason for bullying is the appearance.

6. Most perpetrators of bullying are usually classmates (both sexes).

7. Conflict begins usually by one person, and others join to.

8. On a scale from 1 to 10, students rated the strength of bullying to ‘5’.

9. Mobbing/bullying causes panic and anxiety in victims.

10. Because of the bullying most people thought ‘not to go to school’.

 Conclusions II

  1. Half of all students did previous questionnaire.

  1. Activities as programs, lessons and different school activities took place at schools.

  1. Half of all students noticed changes at the school.

  1. Students agreed that there are less bullying, reducing phenomena at the school.

  1. Mediation group, talking and discussing with the teacher are the most effective ways of solving problems.

  1. For 63% of all students the scale of bullying is between 0-4 points (in 0-10 points scale).

  1. The verbal and medial bullying between students is the most common, but the physical bullying is the least common.

  1. Once a week or once a month students have been mobbed for appearance, clothes, behaviour.

  1. Both sexes are offenders for 44% of students, for 40% of students mostly male and for 16% of students mostly female are offenders.

  1. Classmates and students from a parallel class are offenders.


Comparison:

1.    There are less of bullying and reducing phenomena  at our schools as a result of our “R.E.S.P.E.C.T.” project.

2.    In scale of bullying there is positive change from 5 to 0-4 points (for 10 points of maximum bullying).

3.    Students have been mobbed more often once a week or once a month, not several times a week as previous.

4.    There are verbal and medial bullying at schools, but less physical bullying.

5.    Due to the project students pointed different school activities (mediation groups, ART, KIVA, SOR) as the most effective way to solve conflicts.
